International Youth Day Festival

Have you hear about the International Youth Day Festival being held at Dixon Park, Morayfield on Saturday 12th August 2017?  We would love to have you there and are writing to invite you to participate, attend or share our event with your networks! The event will be held at Dixon Park, Morayfield, on Saturday 12th August, 2017 between 12noon and 9pm to coincide with the UN’s global celebrations of the day. “This year’s theme is Choose, Create, change, Celebrate. Being youth driven, this event will offer young individuals the chance to explore ways of choosing their future, creating their lives, changing the world and celebrating what makes them unique. With a focus on mental wellness, this years “high energy” festival will focus on creating positive vibes, giving youth the opportunity to identify and access their own kind of natural highs as an alternative to drugs and alcohol”. The event will offer an awesome line up of live, local and international music, performances, activities and local community services and will be open to the public however specifically targeted to the 15 – 25 y.o. audience.
