Giveaway & Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Standard Terms & Conditions applicable to all 4ZZZ Giveaways & Prize Draws:

The competition is being conducted by 4ZZZ (Creative Broadcasters Ltd).

To be eligible for entry into the draw, entrants must hold a current subscription to 4ZZZ at the time of entry. 

The period for entry and drawing date of each Giveaway & Prize Draw is noted alongside its description & value.

All Prize Winners will be notified via email & must reply by email to confirm their acceptance of the relevant prize. If 4ZZZ is unable to contact a Prize Winner within the period of time specified for that draw, a re-draw will take place. For Prizes that are time-sensitive, such as tickets to an event, this shall be no later than three business days before the event or expiry of the Prize.

For Prizes offered as part of major 4ZZZ subscriber drives (April Atonement & Radiothon), Winners' first name, 4ZZZ subscription type & suburb will be published in Zedletter; monthly subscriber prize draw winners' names will be displayed on the Monthly Sub Prize Draw page in the following month.
