How Lucid Dreaming Works
Ever awake from an amazing dream and thought to yourself, "Wow, I wish that were real!"? Well... it can be if you know how to lucid dream and take control of your dreams whilst you're dreaming!
4ZZZ's intrepid reporter, Anita Diamond, interviewed Dr Denholm Adventure-Heart, a visiting research fellow from Adelaide University who is a researcher-scientist with expertise in lucid dreaming. His International 'Lucid Dream Induction study' is currently the largest and most in-depth study of its kind on learning lucid dreaming.

Her current profession is in the field of technology, where she works as a web developer but outside of that, her passion is music and journalism.
