Talking Zeds

Brisbane musician and academic, Ben Green has spent the past decade studying music at Griffith University, where he is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Griffith Centre for Social and Cultural Research. Ben has been kicking around the Brisbane music scene since the 2000s as a longtime 4ZZZ subscriber, and avid gig-goer who plays in local bands, Tape/Off and Gold Stars. As a cultural sociologist Ben chats to Miki Padovan about  his book Peak Music Experiences and his current research project Roaring Twenties - studying crisis and reinvention in Australia's live music sector.
