Cool 4 Catzzz is a radio program dedicated to animal lovers, hosted by Jenny Jump.
Most of the music played will have an animal connection, from the more obvious songs about animals, to animals in lyrics, to more obscure animal connections like an animal in the cover art, band/artist name, music video or album label. There'll be some light-hearted talk about animals and pets. Hopefully as the episodes of Cool 4 Catzzz progress there'll be more segments chatting about animals and pets with an opportunity to talk to guests and respond to listeners' stories about animals and pets. 4ZZZ subscribers can request/suggest animal and pet related songs for future episodes of the show by emailing cool4catzzz@gmail.com

The Menagerie
Episode 5 of Cool 4 Catzzz is "The Menagerie" episode. The title for this episode was suggested by Salty, 4ZZZ's own Rhinestone Cowgirl and there's also a lovely chat with Salty about her beloved pet corgi, later in the show.
A menagerie is a collection of animals and in this episode we have a collection of animals referenced in song titles, lyrics, band names, album art and conversation. Animals include sharks, jellyfish, stingray, cats, deer, fish, a rat, dogs, skink, rabbit and whales.
A popular search engine's definition of a menagerie "is a collection of live animals that people visit, study, or keep as pets. If you really want a backyard menagerie of farm animals after visiting the petting zoo, take a long sniff and remember what comes with them."
