Birthday Special

On this episode I celebrate 4ZZZ's 48th birthday, by firstly playing some of the best songs performed at the David Bowie 50th birthday concert and towards the end of the show playing songs from musicians dead/alive who also share a birthday on December 8 as well as some some songs from milestone moments in music history on this significant date, like the release of the Rolling Stones album 'Their Satanic Majesties Request'.

I played 5 out of 11 songs selected this year by The National Film and Sound Archive to be included in the 'Sounds of Australia' achive

Towards the end of the show I have songs from artists that had been playing in Brisbane throughout the week and one performing Dec 9
