Welcome to Protis Reviews. My name is Alan, and for an hour each week I will be showcasing the hottest releases from local artists in the Brisbane music scene, as well as those from interstate and overseas. I have been writing reviews of studio releases, be they singles or EPs, since June of 2024. I started reviewing live performances in September of 2024, and have been enjoying these immensely! My aim for this show is to see how it works in a radio format.
Justin Crosbie is an Irish singer-songwriter who is currently based in Brisbane. He has a number of singles and an album that have been released on streaming platforms, and he also has two side projects in the works. He joins Alan for a chat about all this and more.
