Positive Spin

Positive Spin is the musical project of Curtis and Kyla.  Having formed in late 2025. With a proven track record in Brisbane’s live scene, Curtis has performed at major events including the Mountain Goat Valley Crawl (The Zoo) and INDIEOPIA (Main Stage). He’s headlined and sold out shows at staples such as Black Bear Lodge and Lefty's Music Hall, building a strong and loyal audience. Along the way, he’s supported and shared stages with leading Australian acts including Rum Jungle, Shag Rock, Felivand, YB, and toured the coast as main support for Andy Golledge. He’s received ongoing airplay and support from other music projects on triple j (Home and Hosed, Drive), triple j Unearthed, and 4ZZZ, helping grow a dedicated following. Now fronting positive spin, they’re taking the industry buzz and shifting momentum with a fresh sound and the same high-energy live presence.
